The Role
This part-time, permanent role has been created to assist with a period of maternity leave within the business. As part of our long term strategy we are creating this permanent position and maintain an open mind to the roles growth and potential for a move to full-time within the coming years.
Purchasing sits at the heart of what we do. You will take ownership of the day-to-day supplier management, ensuring stock levels are maintained, orders are raised promptly and our supplier compliance documentation stays in order for the regulated industries we serve, including aerospace and medical.
There is also a creative sourcing element to this role. We occasionally take on projects that require unusual or bespoke materials and we need someone who can find the right solution at the right price, even when the brief is unconventional.
You will work closely with the Production Manager, Finance Manager and Managing Director. Spend decisions are made collaboratively - your role is to bring the research, the options and the recommendations.
The people who are most successful at Fine Cut are those who use initiative, sweat the detail and are energised by new projects and opportunities.
You will be based at our Lancing, West Sussex facility.
Details to apply are at the base of this advert, we look forward to seeing you.
