We are looking to hire an exceptional individual to join our highly successful team as a Sales Negotiator, with training and ongoing support provided. abbotFox is known for setting high standards, with every member of the team working hard to continually achieve the very best results. As such, applicants must convince us that they share the same work ethic as we do. They must be tenacious, self-motivated, enthusiastic, professional, and determined whilst delivering the best service to our customers. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This position would be ideal for either an experienced property sales negotiator or someone with a strong executive sales background, used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Arranging valuations

Managing a database of pre-qualified buyers.

Arranging and accompanying viewings.

Cross-selling our services where possible, including lettings, planning services, and finance.
