Full job description

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Team Members (and Team Leaders) to join our growing CCF family across our Aldgate, Dalston, Peckham, and South Woodford stores. You’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced environment where great customer service and teamwork make every shift rewarding.

What You’ll Do:

Serve our signature cakes, custards, cheesecakes, and milkshakes with care and enthusiasm
Deliver excellent customer service with a big smile and positive attitude
Help with daily store operations, including keeping the space clean and welcoming
Work as part of a supportive team to create the best dessert experience possible
Follow food hygiene and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, approachable personality with great people skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus (but not essential — we provide training!)
