Duties

Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards
Lead food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and excellence in every dish
Manage and motivate the culinary team, fostering teamwork and professional growth
Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and compliance with health regulations
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of orders and guest satisfaction
Develop menu items, recipes, and presentation standards that reflect our culinary vision
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize efficiency

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant environment
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production and preparation
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams within hospitality settings
Solid kitchen experience including cooking techniques, food safety practices, and restaurant operations
Familiarity with food service standards, serving procedures, and customer service excellence
Previous restaurant experience preferred, with a focus on high-quality food delivery
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
