Arb Climber Opportunities at L&G Rail.

We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Arb Climbers with proven experience to become part of our growing business. At L&G Rail, our projects span across Utilities, Highways, and Rail, offering a variety of engaging and challenging work environments.

Project Locations and Team Culture:

With ongoing projects taking place throughout the country, we are eager to find the right candidate to join our dedicated and committed team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality works.

Essential Qualifications:

Candidates for Arb Climber roles must hold, as a minimum, the following NPTC qualifications: 206, 306, and 308 – (CS38 and CS39).

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from £34,000 to £39,000 per year, reflecting both experience and qualifications.

Salary is not capped with plenty of overtime, every weekend on our Rail works.

Travel and Accommodation:

Depending on the location of specific projects, you may be required to stay away from home. In such cases, all accommodation expenses will be fully covered and a food allowance will be provided.
