A.W. Jenkinson Forest Products has a vacancy for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our Property Maintenance Team. The position will be based at our Property Maintenance office on Gilwilly Industrial Estate, Penrith. However, due to the nature of the role, you will be required to travel to other sites and properties across the country as required.
The position involves all aspects of painting and decorating, both interior and exterior. The successful candidate will have previous painting and decorating experience and be comfortable working at height and in various environments.
You will have a professional manner, be able to demonstrate a high standard of work, and work in a clean and tidy manner whilst observing all health and safety requirements. The ability to take on other maintenance tasks would be advantageous but not essential.
Hours of work are mostly 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, but due to operational requirements, you may need to work outside of these hours.
