We are looking for a Director of Service Delivery who can lead our service operations, improve client satisfaction, and ensure that every project and service commitment is delivered to a high professional standard.
You will be responsible for overseeing service performance, managing delivery teams, and working closely with senior leadership to improve processes across the business. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to balance client expectations, team capability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of services to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
Team Management: Lead and support service delivery teams, ensuring responsibilities are clear, performance is monitored, and staff are motivated to achieve business goals.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, resolving issues, managing expectations, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Process Improvement: Review current service delivery processes and introduce improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and consistency.
Performance Monitoring: Track service performance using reports, KPIs, and client feedback. Use this information to identify risks and areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal teams, department heads, and senior leadership to align service delivery with company objectives.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in service delivery, operations management, client services, or business services leadership. Experience in a senior management role is highly preferred.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage teams, support staff development, and create a positive, accountable working environment.
Client Focus: Confident in dealing with clients, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional relationships.
Operational Mindset: Able to review processes, identify problems, and implement practical improvements.
Pay: £36,515.00-£81,500.00 per year
