Full job description

This role involves but is not limited to:

HR Admin

Maintain accurate personnel records
Record daily sickness and advise on Sickness and Absence Policy
Assist employees with holiday request queries within HR system (XCD)
Support Senior HR Manager/HR Manager with return to work meetings and required admin
Support Senior HR Manager/HR Manager with probation review meetings and required admin
Triage HR inbox actioning and allocating tasks to the wider HR team within agreed SLA with all HR & Training queries
Update information accurately within integrated HR & payroll system (XCD) for all employment processes
Support the recruitment team with onboarding processes for new starters
Action the leaver process providing resignation confirmation and offboarding employees

Payroll Admin

Maintain accurate payroll records for monthly payroll run
Working with Payroll Manager to ensuring all payroll input is accurately inputted and payslips checked prior to payroll processing
Administration of employee benefit scheme changes in line with payroll deadlines
Provide administrative support to Payroll Co-ordinator/HR Manager/Senior HR Manager/HR Director as required to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Requirements:

Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
Able to travel to other offices where necessary.
The ability to absorb and digest information and interpret content correctly.
Professional approach
Ability to work with confidential data
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and must show a willingness to self-develop.
Willingness to study towards apprenticeship and work towards CIPD qualification
