Gieto Group Limited is one of the UK's leading specialists in premium Kamado BBQs, outdoor cooking equipment and accessories. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and flexible individual to join our growing team immediately.
This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working both in the warehouse and with customers. No two days are the same.
What you'll be doing
- Loading and unloading deliveries using a forklift
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Maintaining warehouse organisation and stock control
- Greeting customers visiting our showroom
- Demonstrating products and assisting customers with purchases
- Answering customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat
- Assisting with general warehouse and showroom duties
- Supporting other departments whenever required
What we're looking for
- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift driving experience (licence preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn our product range
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to work and responsibilities
- Full UK driving licence is desirable
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturdays: 10:00am – 3:00pm (when required)
Pay
£13.21 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
