Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Nurse Observation Assessor to join our team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing and supporting dental nursing students to ensure they meet industry standards. Based in the UK, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional vocational training that empowers learners and benefits the dental sector.
Responsibilities
- Observe and assess dental nursing students during their practical training sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners to support their professional development.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and progress reports.
- Support learners in understanding industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with trainers and employers to ensure training quality.
- Keep up-to-date with current dental nursing regulations and guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of assessment processes.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental nursing or related healthcare fields.
- GDC recognised Dental Nurse qualification.
- Assessor qualification e.g. CAVA
- Training Qualification preferred.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to assess practical skills effectively.
- Knowledge of current dental regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using IT tools for record-keeping.
- Relevant teaching or assessor qualifications are desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential.
