The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, safely and on time.

Working as part of a close-knit warehouse team, your responsibilities will include:

Accurately picking and packing customer orders.
Receiving, checking and booking in supplier deliveries.
Loading, unloading and safely moving stock within the warehouse.
Replenishing picking locations and maintaining stock accuracy.
Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and health & safety.
Supporting the wider warehouse team with general operational duties as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.
Has a good standard of spoken and written English.
Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn.

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role which involves:

Regular lifting and moving of products, typically up to 2kg, with occasional heavier items.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Working efficiently to meet daily operational targets.
