About the Role
The Office Administrator is central to the effective operation of our Peterborough Hub. You will provide administrative, compliance and operational support across multiple projects and services, ensuring systems run efficiently and records are accurate and up to date.
The role offers a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
- Managing enquiries, correspondence and organisational records
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of staff and volunteers
- Monitoring annual leave and workforce records
- Maintaining compliance systems
- Collecting and reporting operational data
- Undertaking quality assurance audits
- Managing petty cash processes
- Supporting client mileage invoicing
- Assisting with events, communications and community activities
- Supporting inspection and audit readiness

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who has:
Essential
- Experience in an administrative, office management or business support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience producing reports and managing data
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, flexible and proactive approach to work
- Commitment to the values and aims of Circles Network
Desirable
- Experience within health and social care, education or the voluntary sector
- HR administration and recruitment experience
- Experience of compliance monitoring or quality assurance audits
- Knowledge of safeguarding and data protection requirements
- Experience of financial administration, petty cash or invoicing
- Experience preparing for inspections or audits
- First Aid qualification
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport
