Full job description

Coffee Shop Supervisor role - We are looking for enthusiastic 'food' people to join our Catering Team. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor, who has experience in running Coffee Shops and Restaurants. The ideal candidate will be successful in implementing food management systems to ensure excellent food safety and hygiene standards; while running a team of 6-7 on a daily basis. You must have a passion for food, cooking and menu creation. This position is a hands on role, there is no office and the Manager & Supervisor are very much part of the team; both in the kitchen or front of house.

The position involves working 4 days in the week and alternate weekends.

Must have proven experience of running a similar outlet and Level 3 Food hygiene. Experience of cooking as well as front of house and running a team following food hygiene rules is essential. The coffee shop is busy and hard work! The supervisor will be hands on in the kitchen preparing meals.

We are looking for people for long term permanent roles with ambition to help develop the coffee shop and take it forward. A commitment to excellent customer service with energy to drive the team and menu ideas is essential.
