Job description
The role requires delivery of excellent evidence-based MSK therapy with a future development opportunity to assist in the provision of our range of innovative classes in the gym-space:
- Full spectrum of Pilates classes to suit all abilities
- Strength & Conditioning
- Chair exercise classes
- Fall prevention classes
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Diagnosis and Treatment of MSK conditions through the broad age range
- Lead rehab classes and involvement in the development of class provision
- Acute and chronic pathology treatment with best evidence-based practice
- Produce SMART patient treatment pathways alongside patient goals
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team
- Engage in service provision and development within the clinic
- Computer literate to record data electronically
- Participate in educational and social media information dissemination for health and clinic promotion
- Actively engage in business development and lead generation
- GDPR compliant/aware,
- Able to run personal training sessions
- Hold full drivers licence
- Must be HCPC and CSP registered
