Chef de Partie (CDP)

Welbeck Manor & Golf | Sparkwell, Devon

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the kitchen team at Welbeck Manor & Golf.

This is a great opportunity to join an established, friendly team working alongside a well-established and much-loved Head Chef and Sous Chef, who are committed to producing great food and developing their kitchen team.

The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard across:

Our seasonal restaurant menus
Breakfast service
Weddings and private functions
Events and special occasions
Sunday lunches and other busy service periods
Supporting the wider kitchen team when required

We pride ourselves on using good-quality ingredients and creating menus that are seasonal, interesting and enjoyable for our guests.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Passionate about food and enjoys working in a busy kitchen
Experienced as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
Confident with food preparation and cooking
Able to work efficiently and calmly during busy services
Organised, reliable and able to manage their own section
Able to maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
Knowledgeable about food hygiene, allergens and kitchen safety
A good team player with a positive attitude
Keen to learn, develop and contribute ideas
Comfortable working across restaurant, breakfast and event services
Able to communicate well with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider team
