Job Description

Job title: Young Adults Support Worker

You will be working with a mixture of young adults with disabilities.
Some of the care involves working alongside an NHS nurse.
One of the care packages is one on one care so you will be a solo care worker.
You will need to be over 25 in order to drive the motability vehicle.
You will go into the community in order to access care services like day centers, hydrotherapy, cafes etc.

Location: Torfaen

Salary:

Week £13.50 per hour

Weekend £14.50 per hour

If you work your weekend off you will get paid £17 per hour

Hours:

Various shifts to suit you - 10am - 10pm or 9am - 6pm
