Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining shop organisation, and assisting with daily operations. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a passion for helping customers.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English
Must be 18 or over
Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a passion for customer service.
