Shift Hours: 12 Hour Day/Night shifts and 6-8 hour Day shifts

Our complex care packages are based across East and West Sussex. Please only apply if you are currently based in Sussex or able to reliably commute to the area.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care
- Support clients with daily living activities and promoting independence
- Assist with complex care needs including:
- Tracheostomy care
- PEG feeding
- Suctioning
- Catheter care
- Ventilator support
- Seizure management
- Follow care plans and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Work closely with Nurses, Clinical Leads, and families
- Ensure safeguarding and infection control procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months care experience within Complex Care orChallenging Behavior Homecare, Care Home, or Hospital settings
- Experience supporting clients with complex needs preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and professional attitude
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence preferred
