Job description
Pay range is based minimum government wage and on age, experience and contribution to revenue sales. Hourly rate reviewed after probation period.
We are looking for 16hrs plus to join our friendly, family based Salon. Candidate is required to be confident, professional and fully qualified in all level 2 & 3 beauty, electrical treatments. Previous spa or salon experience of 2 years plus is an advantage. Level 3 Electrical is preferred but not essential, however level three in massage is essential along with additional treatments on top of the basic level 2. For example if you have Lash Lifts, Lamination, Lash Extensions, Spray Tan, Intimate Waxing etc this would be a bonus.

We are a small team so our duties range from performing treatments, stock control, reception, cleaning, posting social media and anything else that is required to keep our salon performing successfully.
We are a team of four-five so we are looking for someone committed, friendly and passionate about our industry.
Hours are negotiable however we do open until 8pm two evenings and Saturday's until 4.30pm. We close Wednesday and Sunday. Pay will be reflected on NLW on age and experience including clients generated by yourself in your coloum, what your retail and courses contribution is.
Training will be given before you meet our clients on product knowledge and treatment procedures. In house training will be given on all electrical equipment that covers the level 2&3 qualification. Dermalogica skincare products training will be given including in house and remote Dermalogica training at Leatherhead. Nail painting and waxing experience is essential. Candidates already holding a level 2 qualification but attending college to complete level 3 will also be considered.

- Need to be able to work day shifts, split shifts if required, 2 late evenings till 8pm , and Saturdays till 4.30pm. Please advise if you hold additional beauty qualifications in Eyelash Extensions, Eyelash lifting and perming, Brow Lamination, Henna Brows, Spray tanning, Shellac Gel and Builder Gel or any other beauty or holistic treatments that will help with your application. The Candidate needs to be confident and fluent with practical treatments as they need to be able to work unaided at a busy pace within the timeframe specified. Basic training of salon equipment and products, computer software etc will be given.
