As a Partnership Family Help Officer, you will play a key role in supporting children, young people and families by promoting effective early intervention and prevention services across Cheshire East. Working closely with schools and partner agencies, you will provide guidance on Early Help processes, build strong local partnerships, and help ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to professionals delivering Early Help services.
- Work with schools and partner agencies to identify needs early and coordinate effective support.
- Build strong local partnerships and promote a multi-agency approach to helping families.
- Monitor and improve the quality of Early Help practice across the locality.
- Support children, young people and families through transitions and changing circumstances.
- Champion the voice of children and families in assessment and planning.
- Ensure safeguarding concerns are identified and escalated appropriately.

- Experience working with children, young people and families in an early intervention, prevention or support setting.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, child development and Early Help approaches.

- Excellent communication, organisation and record-keeping skills.
