What You’ll Be Doing

As a Boo Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring every customer has an amazing experience. Whether you're in the kitchen or at the front counter, you’ll be learning, growing, and making a real impact.

✅ Delivering top-tier customer service – greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
✅ Preparing and cooking fresh food – working in a fast-paced kitchen while keeping up Boo’s high standards.
✅ Maintaining high cleanliness standards – from the kitchen to the front-of-house, you’ll keep everything spotless.
✅ Balancing high order volumes with consistent quality – speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are key.
✅ Cross-training and developing new skills – you'll rotate through different stations, learning everything from grilling to guest service.
✅ Taking initiative – stepping up when needed and seeking out ways to help the team.
