We are looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Service Engineer to join our team. No previous experience in the industry is required – we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful long-term career.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Service Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including:

Refurbishing multifunction printers and photocopiers by repairing or replacing worn and faulty components.
Assisting experienced engineers on customer service visits.
Supporting the installation and setup of new devices at customer sites.
Shadowing our IT support team and learning how remote technical support is delivered.
Delivering consumables and supplies to customers when required.
Learning diagnostic and troubleshooting skills from experienced professionals.
