Full job description

Bowker Motor Group is recruiting for a Trainee Sales Administrator to join the team at their Preston Docklands site working across the new Chery, Changan and Lepas brands.

Working within our friendly and supportive team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone leaving college or looking to start their career in an office-based role.

No previous experience or qualifications are required. We are simply looking for someone with a positive attitude, good computer skills and a willingness to learn.

As a Trainee Sales Administrator, you’ll support our busy sales team with a variety of administrative tasks, including:

Taxing/registering sold vehicles
Maintaining vehicle files
Completing all administration paperwork for vehicle sales
Communicating with colleagues across different departments
Ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Providing general administrative support to the sales team
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and approachable personality
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Good attention to detail
Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office
Organised and reliable
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm with an unpaid lunch break of 60 minutes.
