Full job description

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Rural Administrator to join the friendly and professional rural team at Sunderlands LLP in Hereford. This is a varied and flexible role, with hours to be agreed to suit both the successful applicant and the needs of the team.

The successful candidate will provide valuable administrative support across a broad range of rural property and land management work, helping the team deliver an efficient, professional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing, formatting and managing professional documents, reports and client correspondence.
Providing audio typing and administrative support to the Rural Team.
Assisting with marketing activities, including preparing sales particulars, advertisements and online property listings.
Helping manage and update website content and social media platforms to promote the department's services and properties.
Supporting client enquiries, coordinating diaries and managing follow-up administration.
Assisting with a wide range of rural property and land management administration.
Maintaining accurate records and supporting the efficient delivery of client work.
Contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the department and wider office.

We are looking for someone organised, reliable and confident, is comfortable using social media and digital platforms, with excellent communication and IT skills and a professional, helpful approach.

Previous experience within the rural property, agricultural or land management sector would be beneficial, but is not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who are keen to learn and develop their knowledge within a busy and rewarding rural environment.
