Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar & Waiting Staff member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables or bar areas with a positive attitude
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled efficiently
Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
Serve food promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and allergens, to provide helpful recommendations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver swift service without compromising quality
Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and cleanliness protocols
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills, including processing payments and giving change
Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes guests feel valued
Good time management skills to juggle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs confidently
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support operational needs
