Join Our Team at Bowl Central Reading

Bowl Central is our brand-new, premier entertainment destination in the heart of Reading!

Combining “Pins” – our cocktail bar, lounge, boutique bowling lanes, pool tables, and state-of-the-art AR Darts, with “Prizes” – our vibrant family entertainment arcade filled with the latest redemption, video and skill-based games – Bowl Central offers something for everyone.

We are now looking for hard-working, passionate and motivated team members to join us in delivering unforgettable experiences to every customer who walks through our doors.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team at our newest location and play a key role in bringing the Bowl Central experience to life in Reading.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Team Member, you’ll work across both Pins and Prizes, helping to deliver amazing service in every corner of the venue. You’ll receive full on-the-job training and work alongside a fantastic team.

For a Pins Team Member, your main duties will include:

Mixing and serving drinks, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and soft drinks
Taking and serving food and drink orders to company standards
Cooking and preparing food to company specifications
Preparing hot drinks and bar snacks
Delivering friendly and enthusiastic service across the bar, bowling lanes, AR Darts, and pool tables
Supporting customers on the lanes and helping them get set up for games
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the bar, kitchen, and bowling areas
Handling payments for food, drinks, bowling and game credits
Ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
Following all food safety, hygiene and alcohol service regulations

For a Prizes Team Member, your main duties will include:

Assisting guests in the Prizes arcade – from using contactless game cards to collecting tickets and redeeming prizes
Ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
Handling payments for game credits
Assisting with issues on machines
