Role Overview
Bisley Camp also encompasses a diverse estate of lodges, accommodation units, and caravan pitches used by individuals and clubs engaged in shooting activities. · Manage caravan site operations end to end, including responding to service requests, progressing new pitch applications and transfers, coordinating approvals for pitch additions or size increases, and organising caravan deliveries and caravan removals and disposal.
· Carry out routine site walks of tenant areas to proactively identify issues and ensure they are resolved promptly.
· Oversee tenant communications, keeping tenants informed and supporting a consistent, professional experience across the portfolio.
Operations
· Organise property inspections across all leased buildings, liaising with surveyors and tenants, reviewing reports, and ensuring maintenance aligns with lease terms.
· Coordinate short‑term tenancy processes, including new and end‑of‑tenancy workflows, arranging viewings, managing agreement documentation, and raising repair requests to ensure premises remain in good working order.
· Process annual tenancy and licence renewals, issuing agreements via DocuSign and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
· Lead vacant property marketing, advertising available properties, conducting viewings, and supporting the tender and lease process through to completion.
· Prepare and issue rent review letters in line with lease dates.

· Support health & safety compliance across leases and agreements.
· Assist with accounts, budgets, KPIs, and management information for Real Estate.
