We’re looking for a Head Housekeeper to join us at Forss House Hotel, leading the team that creates immaculate, welcoming spaces and helping every guest feel at home in the Highlands.
About This Role
As our Head Housekeeper, you’ll take ownership of housekeeping across our 19 individually styled bedrooms, public areas and estate accommodation. You’ll organise the daily operation, lead and develop the team, inspect standards and work closely with Front Office and Maintenance so rooms are ready and guest requests are handled smoothly.
From planning rotas and room allocations to managing linen, stock, deep cleaning and property care, you’ll be a visible, hands-on leader who notices the details and supports the team when it matters most.
If you take pride in exceptional standards, enjoy developing people and can bring calm organisation to a varied hotel operation, we’d love to hear from you.
