Operations Support Coordinator (OSC) – DSP Earn Up To £70 Per Shift£50 Base Rate + Daily Performance Bonuses Typical Shift: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Approx. 3.5 Hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Operations Support Coordinator (OSC) to join our growing DSP operation.

This role has been created to strengthen our daily operations by supporting dispatch activities, fleet readiness, vehicle compliance and driver onboarding processes.

Working closely with the Operations team, you will help ensure that vehicles, drivers and operational processes are fully prepared for each delivery day while supporting the smooth running of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and working across multiple areas of a fast-moving operation.

Working Pattern

Typically 3–4 days per week
Typical working hours: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Approx. 3.5 Hours) or similar
Additional hours may occasionally be available when supporting fleet activities, onboarding processes or operational requirements
Flexible schedule based on operational needs

Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch Support

Support operations during the critical morning dispatch period
Assist with driver check-in and dispatch preparation
Help ensure routes depart on time
Support the Operations team with day-to-day operational tasks

Fleet Management & Vehicle Compliance

Conduct pre-dispatch vehicle inspections
Identify and report vehicle defects
Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance
Support fleet readiness and vehicle compliance
Manage vehicle handovers and returns

Driver Onboarding & Compliance Support

Conduct final-stage interviews with pre-screened driver candidates
Introduce candidates to the role and company expectations
Assess candidate suitability following the initial screening process
Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
Support candidates through onboarding procedures

What We Offer

£50 per shift

Daily performance bonuses:

£10 extra for every shift worked during a Fantastic week
£20 extra for every shift worked during a Fantastic+ week

Flexible part-time schedule

Exposure to dispatch, fleet management, driver compliance and operational processes
