Store Manager – Vision Express (Romford Gallows Corner)

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
Create a positive culture where colleagues can thrive and grow their careers
Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer service and strong leadership
Take ownership of store results, KPIs, and operational excellence as Store Manager
Lead from the front, delivering an outstanding experience for every customer
Oversee key store operations including rotas, compliance, stock management, and standards
Work closely with a supportive network of experienced local Store Managers and regional leaders
Champion the Vision Express brand in everything you do

What We're Looking For

Previous people management experience within a retail environment
Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager or similar leadership role is highly desirable
A passion for developing colleagues and building engaged, successful teams
Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Experience working in a KPI-driven, sales, product, or performance-focused environment
Commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results
A confident communicator who can inspire, coach, and influence others
Resilient, adaptable, and able to lead from the front in a fast-paced environment
Genuine passion for customers, colleagues, and the Vision Express brand

Optics experience is not required – we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
