Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, strong clerical skills, and proficiency in computerised systems, including QuickBooks and Google Suite. The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring efficient data entry and maintaining an organised office environment.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
Maintain an organised office space to enhance productivity.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Prepare reports and presentations as required using Google Suite applications.
Support team members with clerical duties to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle office supplies inventory and procurement as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly QuickBooks and Google Suite.
Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to type efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
