Full job description

We are a small and growing sheet metal company seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to start a career in office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Answering and directing telephone calls
Inbox management, including responding to emails and forwarding enquiries
Order processing and tracking orders through their full lifecycle
Maintaining and updating the production list
General filing and document management (digital and paper)
Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks as required

About You

Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small team
Previous office experience is helpful but not required
