About the role:
As a Welder at PWR, your primary responsibility is to TIG weld, fabricate, and assemble various cooling products precision and adherence to the highest quality standards. In addition to your technical duties, you'll provide leadership by setting an example for apprentices, guiding them through procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

- Possess extensive knowledge of welding techniques, showcasing proficiency in various welding processes and methods.
- Maintain focus and perform effectively under pressure, delivering quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork within the fabrication department.
- Apply problem-solving techniques effectively, resolving challenges and addressing issues promptly.
- Display exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all welding and fabrication tasks.
