About the Role
Genio Review UK is seeking an experienced and visionary Editor-in-Chief to lead our editorial direction and maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and originality. This senior role will oversee editorial strategy, manage contributors, and shape the publication's voice and content priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the overall editorial strategy.
- Oversee content planning, production, editing, and publication.
- Establish and maintain editorial standards and guidelines.
- Manage and mentor writers, editors, and contributors.
- Review and approve high-priority or sensitive content.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, originality, and appropriate sourcing.
- Monitor industry trends and identify compelling editorial opportunities.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and digital teams while protecting editorial integrity.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in journalism, publishing, media, or editorial leadership.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage editorial teams and workflows.
- Strong understanding of digital publishing and audience engagement.
- Exceptional judgment, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
