Full job description

A passion for people and pets is an absolute must for this position.

We are a vet practice who believe that providing an outstanding client experience is just as important as providing outstanding pet healthcare. We are looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing Longton, Stoke team.

The role will be predominantly face to face and dealing with the phone, interacting with people and their pets. We won't have you stuck behind a desk, you will be able to move around our superb waiting pods and have a cuddle with the pets, which we think is a much better way to spend the day!

There will also be administrative duties, and being a veterinary practice, no two days are the same!

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday with a mix of shifts ranging from 8:30am-7pm and one in two Saturday mornings 8:30am-1pm.

Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
