Due to continued growth and the securing of new contracts, my client is looking to hire a buyer to join their highly skilled supply chain team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Supply Chain Manager to purchase all materials for the company’s business requirements, by collating and analysing order requirements and supplier information. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for the operations team and ensure that import and export procedures are carried out in accordance with current regulations.
This is a varied and interesting role for someone with a strong background in manufacturing or engineering, looking for an autonomous position within a reputable company that will support your continuous professional development.

The Role:
- Playing a pivotal role in the supply chain and procurement areas, of an industry leading defence company
- Responsible purchasing materials that will be used to manufacture state-of-the-art products in a first class production facility
- Security Clearance will be required in this role, which will be fully funded by the company
