Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Service Centre Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations within our service center. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help maintain efficient workflows, accurate record-keeping, and excellent communication across departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a professional environment where your administrative skills will truly shine.

Duties

Actioning daily emails and general communication.
Answering inbound calls from clients and staff
Data entry on Microsoft and bespoke in-house systems.
Completion of any administration tasks required daily.
To adhere to all Company processes, policies and procedures.
Respond to any client feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Respect the confidentiality of ESUK and the client.

Requirements

Excellent data entry skills, you must be quick, efficient and above all highly accurate.
Attention to detail is paramount in the role.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written)
You must be well organised and be able to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a bigger team.
You must be confident with the use of Microsoft Office based applications and with Excel in particular.

40 hours per week. Mon - Fri 0700 - 1800 on rotation and weekend cover on rotation for hoidays

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
