Team Leader – Anvil House, Scunthorpe, DN17 1QH Permanent, 37HRS, F12-AD1 £32,900-£36,122FTE
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our new service at Anvil House, Scunthorpe.
At Anvil House, our aim is to provide safe, secure and high-quality supported accommodation for adults experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. We support individuals to develop and maintain independent living skills through meaningful one-to-one support, partnership working and engaging group activities.
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting and developing a dedicated staff team working across a shift pattern. You will provide effective leadership, guidance and encouragement, ensuring the team feels supported and equipped to deliver an excellent service.
We are looking for someone who is organised, passionate and authentic, with a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives. You will be someone who leads by example, builds positive relationships and understands the importance of delivering support that is person-centered.
