Join us where your hands-on experience with vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair becomes the foundation for training the next generation.

This role is 37 hours per week - Term time only (46 weeks a year) so the salary will be pro rata'd accordingly

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver engaging sessions across vocational, academic, and employability programmes
Prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment
Work with learners individually or in small groups to build confidence
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among learners
Achieve a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. AET)
Participate in internal training and CPD
Assess, record, and report learner progress following awarding body requirements
Contribute to continuous development of course materials and delivery methods
Engage positively with learners, parents/carers, and colleagues

What We're Looking For

A passionate educator or motor vehicle industry expert with experience or interest in teaching
Previous experience working with SEN learners is desirable, but not essential
Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) and End-Point Assessment (EPA) would be a bonus but not essential
Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference
