About the role

As an SEO Executive, you will be involved in all aspects of delivering cutting edge SEO projects for a variety of clients, contributing to live campaigns and supporting project leads.
Key accountabilities
- Working independently or with a team to plan and implement ongoing SEO & AI Search strategies designed to improve client website performance, overall visibility & meet their business objectives
- Adhering to SEO best practice across technical, content and authority building strands of work
- Identifying key technical flaws of a website and collaborating with the project lead and clients’ developer resource on appropriate solutions
- Using SEO & AI/LLM focused tools and market data to uncover opportunities for client websites
- Performing intent-led keyword & prompt research and URL mapping
- Creating well-researched, user-focused content - working with AI content workflows to ensure we deliver targeted, high-quality pieces of content for our clients
- Researching and progressing potential link/authority building opportunities to benefit clients’ sites, with an understanding of how they contribute to their brand presence.
- Contributing to SEO reports detailing campaign performance and key metrics, including LLM / AI Search performance.
- Able to provide valuable insights and commentary on KPIs
- Supporting project leads in developing trust and rapport through contributions in client-facing meetings
About you
- A passion for SEO, AI Search, wider digital marketing and learning
- Able to identify key opportunities for both clients and The SEO Works
- Some relevant experience with digital marketing, ideally in SEO
- Understanding of the key elements of SEO & the emergence of GEO / AI Search
- An interest in AI workflows and how these can augment digital marketing output
- Copywriting & proof-reading skills
- Able to identify key technical issues or opportunities with a website
- Able to use Google Analytics and Search Console (or equivalent)
- Able to effectively manage own time
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- A proactive, positive attitude
