Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales Consultant specializing in solar energy solutions. In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our solar product reach by engaging with potential clients, educating them on the benefits of renewable energy, and closing sales that make a real difference. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help accelerate our mission to promote sustainable energy solutions while building strong relationships within your territory. Responsibilities

Actively identify and pursue new B2c sales opportunities within your designated territory, focusing on solar energy solutions.
Engage with prospective customers through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and community events to demonstrate the value of solar products.
Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and overcoming objections with confidence.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using IT tools and CRM systems.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and installation processes for new clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries promptly, offering expert advice, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize outreach efforts while adhering to organizational goals and deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2C sales or field sales roles, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sectors.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Valid driving license and a clean driving record to travel within your assigned territory regularly.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to clearly convey technical information and build rapport.
Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and basic office applications for reporting and organization.
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client engagement.
