Assembly / Fabrication Operator

Stability, growth and opportunity at Preci-Spark.

We are looking to recruit Assembly / Fabrication Operators to join our existing team at our Loughborough facility. The role will primarily involve the assembly of aerospace components using various methods, checking and visually inspecting at all times whilst adhering to industry and company standards.

What we offer for the position of Assembly / Fabrication Operator

· £13.00 ph - £15.00 ph Depending on skill level and experience.

· Monthly Productivity Bonus

· 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.

· Rotating Shifts (37 hours): Mon to Weds 6.00am to 2.00pm – 2.00pm to 10.00pm, Thurs 6.00am to 1.00pm – 1.00pm to 8.00pm, Fri 6.00am to 12.00pm – 12.00pm to 06.00pm

· Overtime Availability.

· Permanent Contract of Employment.

· On-site Parking.

Requirements for the position

· Experience in assembly and fabrication preferred.

· Experience in tack welding is a plus.

· An excellent eye for detail, to meet Quality performance expectations.

· Able to work in an organised and methodical manner.

· Able to adhere to job instruction sheets.

· Capable of working as part of a team but also independently.

· Good communication skills.

· Aerospace industry experience would be an advantage.

Role of Assembly / Fabrication Operator includes:

· Assembly and manual fabrication (Ring and segment type of parts).

· Visually inspecting parts.

· Occasional blasting and/or deburring

· Keep within both company, and industry standards.

· Reading Engineering drawings.

· Achieving production targets.

· Health, safety and Environment compliance.
