Duties

- Oversee financial management tasks including billing, collections, budgeting, and expense control to ensure profitability
- Coordinate with dental professionals to maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and practice standards
- Lead team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and foster a collaborative work environment
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance patient experience
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or veterinary setting with strong leadership qualities
