The Role

We are looking for a part-time/full time Senior Night Care Assistant. Reporting to the management, you will be responsible for the care and support of those who live with us. As a Senior Care assistant you will be providing support and companionship to our residents, helping them to live each day fully and enjoy their later years, this could include helping them with their personal care, assisting with meals, activities, sharing in memories and medication. You will be following a detailed person-centred care plan ensuring that each resident receives the highest standard of care. This is your chance to make a positive impact on people's lives.

The Right Person

You will require basic knowledge of care experience and a Level 2 qualification in care, or be willing to commence the qualification. You will be able to administer medication and have experience of this. Someone who has a friendly personality, can make someone smile and who will endeavour to provide the highest quality of care to those who live with us. Alongside that we are looking for someone has a comprehensive understanding of the English language, has an abundance of empathy and compassion and who has a positive, can-do attitude. We believe our residents later years should be stress free and happy and we strive to achieve this each and every day. We take pride in our care community and the care we deliver, and we are looking for someone who will ultimately share the same values as us.
