Join a Growing Wealth Management Firm

William Highbourne Wealth Management is an independent financial planning and wealth management business providing advice to individuals, families and business owners across the South West and beyond.

As part of our continued growth, we are relocating to our new offices at Woodbury Business Park and are looking for enthusiastic and professional Client Services Associates to join our expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients, is highly organised and wants to build a long-term career within financial services.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting our advisers and ensuring clients receive an outstanding service throughout their financial planning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Wealth Managers.
Preparing client documentation and maintaining accurate client records.
Processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals and provider transactions.
Liaising with clients, providers, solicitors, accountants and other professional connections.
Responding to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Managing client reviews and ensuring documentation is issued on time.
Assisting with suitability report preparation and recommendation implementation.
Maintaining CRM systems, workflows and compliance records.
Supporting advisers with diary management and client meeting preparation.
Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations, company procedures and Consumer Duty requirements.

The role involves significant interaction with clients and requires someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. This aligns with the firm's emphasis on professional client contact, timely client communications and maintaining accurate client records.

About You

We would love to hear from candidates who have:

Essential

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
High attention to detail.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CoPilot.
Professional and friendly telephone manner.
Ability to prioritise workload and work as part of a team.

Desirable

Previous experience within financial services, financial planning, banking, pensions, investments or insurance.
Experience using platforms, CRMs or back-office systems.
Knowledge of FCA-regulated environments.
Progress towards or willingness to undertake industry qualifications.
