BEACH FEST SKEGNESS REFEREES WANTED - FRI 24TH-SUN 26TH JULY 2026
We have an exciting new opportunity arisen for referees to open their portfolio to Beach Football
We are hosting our 5th Annual Beach Fest at the wonderful beach of Skegness and we have over 150 teams across the country participate in our UK Beach Soccer Championships
We are looking for FA Qualified Referees that are interested in refereeing in the tournament in games of all ages. Mens/Womens/U8s-16s Boys and Girls.
Referees that have never refereed Beach Soccer before will of course be given training leading up to the event by FIFA accredited referees and ex international players
Duties
- Officiate and enforce the rules and regulations of Beach Soccer during games or matches
- Make fair and unbiased decisions regarding fouls, violations, and penalties
- Ensure the safety of all players by monitoring and controlling the game environment
- Communicate with coaches, players, and other officials to clarify rules or address any concerns
- Keep accurate records of game events, such as scores, timeouts, and player substitutions
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during games in a calm and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with any rule changes or updates in Beach Soccer
Experience:
- Previous experience as a referee
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Good physical fitness and stamina to keep up with the pace of the game
- Fair and unbiased judgment

Referees will also be given FREE WEEKEND tickets to the Beach Fest Skegness Music Festival on Fri 24th - Sun 26th July 2026 on Skegness Beach after the sports in the day.
