LPC or SQE Student/Graduate – Dispute Resolution

We have an excellent opportunity for a talented LPC or SQE student or graduate looking to begin their legal career with our well-established and respected firm.

This role is primarily within our busy Dispute Resolution Department and is ideal for an ambitious candidate seeking to gain valuable practical experience across a broad range of civil litigation and dispute resolution matters.

The Role

Assisting with the management of dispute resolution files from initial instruction through to conclusion.
Liaising directly with solicitors on a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and court forms.
Undertaking legal research and preparing case documentation.
Providing proactive support to ensure matters progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
Delivering exceptional client care while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Undertaking case administration, document management, and file preparation.
Working effectively to manage a varied workload with increasing responsibility.

You will receive ongoing support and training while developing excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a supportive and professional environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in dispute resolution while gaining the practical experience and skills required to progress towards qualification as a solicitor through the traditional route or the SQE pathway.
