We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Level 2/3 hairdressing apprenticeship tutor to inspire and guide aspiring hairdressers through their professional journey. In this role, you will deliver engaging training sessions, support apprentices in developing their technical skills, and ensure they meet industry standards for Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. What We're Looking For:
Million Dollar Academy is looking for an experienced and motivated hairdressing apprenticeship tutor to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and the hairdressing industry and is confident in delivering and assessing Level 2 and Level 3 hairdressing apprenticeships.
As the lead tutor, you will independently manage the apprenticeship programme from enrolment through to End-Point Assessment (EPA), ensuring learners receive outstanding teaching, support and guidance throughout their journey.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine passion for hairdressing and developing the next generation of professionals.
- The ability to motivate, encourage and support learners from a range of backgrounds and abilities.
- Confidence delivering both classroom-based learning and one-to-one support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage learner progress and meet deadlines.
- A positive, flexible and proactive approach to teaching and learner support.
- An Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or equivalent)
- Enhanced DBS.
- Previous experience working within the hairdressing industry (minimum of 2 years)
- Have a thorough understanding of the Level 2 and Level 3 Hairdressing Apprenticeship Standards and their assessment requirements.

Salary: £25,000–£27,000 per year (depending on experience)
