- We're Hiring Full-Time Barista / Juice Bar Team Member - Previous barista experience is required.
You'll help lead by example, delivering exceptional drinks, maintaining high standards, and helping establish the customer experience that sets us apart.
If you're passionate about customer service and eager to learn, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
How You'll Make an Impact
You'll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience by:
- Preparing and serving speciality coffees, teas, fresh juices, smoothies, and other cold beverages to the highest standards.
- Assisting with food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, snacks, and other fresh cold food offerings.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service at all times.
- Creating a positive atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting environment.
- Operating the till and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Restocking ingredients and supplies to keep service running smoothly.
- Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, can-do culture.

You'll ideally have:
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
- Experience serving customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous barista experience (essential for full-time, preferred for part-time).

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good numerical skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable attitude.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
