Job Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a vibrant, efficient, and welcoming food environment. In this role, you'll support the kitchen operations by assisting with meal and food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to delivering high-quality dining experiences for our guests. Duties

Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment
Help with food safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Serve food to guests or staff in a courteous and efficient manner when required
Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations throughout service
Follow health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals and maintain a positive work environment

Skills

Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and meal assembly processes
Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues effectively
Basic culinary experience that demonstrates a passion for food service excellence
Willingness to learn new skills related to food handling, serving, and kitchen operations
